Meet the Team
Our knowledgeable and friendly chiropractic assistants are available to help you get acquainted with our office. They are always happy to answer your questions, schedule your appointments, and assist you with clinical procedures.
Meet Maria
Maria is our Insurance and Billing Specialist. She received her Certificate in Medical Billing from Thompson M-Tec. She is also certified by the National Academy of Chiropractic Coders.
She is happy to assist you with your insurance and billing questions.
Meet Tracy
Tracy is our Client Relations Director and Office Manager. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from Davenport University with a major in management and communications.
She works to ensure a positive experience in our office. She is available to assist with any questions you may have in our office.
Meet Abbie
Abbie is our Practice Representative and Chiropractic Assistant. She graduated from West Ottawa High School and is currently attending Baker College in pursuit of her certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Abbie is available to help you with scheduling appointments in the office. She also represents our office in the community by scheduling the doctors for health screening, presentations, and workshops.
OUR MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Our caring and competent Massage Therapists are available to treat you to a session to provide relaxation, relieve stress, and/or to rehabilitate problems areas.
Meet Kortney
Kortney is our Certified Massage Therapist. She received her Associate’s Degree in Massage Therapy from Baker College. She has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2003.
Kortney is well versed in various types of massages, but she specializes in deep tissue, pregnancy, and rehabilitative massage.
Meet Alyssa
Alyssa is another one of our valued Massage Therapists. She received her certificate in Massage Therapy from Everest Institute in Grand Rapids. Alyssa has been trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage. She specializes in relaxation and Swedish massages.
In addition to her massage therapy duties, Alyssa also works part-time as a chiropractic assistant. She is happy to help you at the front desk by scheduling appointments and answering questions.
